At Reel Unlimited, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality design and copywriting services. However, we understand that sometimes revisions are necessary to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the services ordered.

Therefore, we offer unlimited revisions on all draft designs and content until the client approves the final content.

Here is our revision policy for our graphic design and copywriting services:

• We offer unlimited revisions on all draft designs and content until the client approves the final content.
• Revisions are fulfilled within 1 business day, so you can expect an update within 24 hours if you request a revision now. However, revisions can take up to 3 business days for large and complex requests.
• Once the client approves the final content and receives the final delivery files, revisions will no longer be offered on that project.
• Clients who subscribe to our design or copywriting services can easily create new tasks for revisions on previously completed tasks.
• If you have purchased one-off services like logo design or writing services, you can only get revisions on drafts before the completion of the order.
• If you require minor or light revisions on a completed order, please feel act our support team within 14 days after the order is completed, and we will be happy to help you.
• If you need revisions after more than 14 days of completion, you must pay a one-time revisions fee of $99 for any task.
• We reserve the right to refuse any revision requests that do not comply with our revision policy or any revision requests deemed unreasonable.
• Our revision policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
